The Arthur W. Page Society is a non-profit membership organization that is under the leadership of a volunteer Board of Trustees. The Trustees are members of the Page Society who are elected by the full membership as authorized in the organization’s Bylaws. The Board of Trustees elects the Page Society’s officers. The officers and two At-Large Members, appointed by the President, make up the Executive Committee. The Chairman appoints the Chairman’s Council. The Board of Trustees appoints leaders of other committees and task forces.

The daily management of the Page Society is the responsibility the President, an employee of the Page Society who reports to the Board of Trustees.
